We come here because I don't eat too much beef or pork BUT they are one of the few places I know that sell lamb sausages! The butcher is super friendly and welcoming, and answered all of my questions- highly recommend this hidden gem in Fairlawn- by the way, no issues with parking, it's very close to the Radburn train station too! ”

While they have the basics, what makes them extraordinary are their sausages (both variety and quality--especially the brats and kielbasa), sandwich meats (their veal loaf and pepper loaf are spectacular) dried sausages (all those magnificent dried links hanging on the wall), and smoked meats (try the bacon or hanging pork chops--and the smoked pork bone is a huge improvement for your net pot of soup). The staff are old school butcher pros, and there's plenty of staff to serve the abundance of customers who appreciate this treassure ”

“ Definitely check out the Swiss Pork Store if you live in Fair Lawn or the surrounding area. You can buy a variety of things for the ultimate barbecue or even premade meals to warm up on a busy work day. I visited to pick up stuffed cabbage, prepared macaroni salad, and German potato salad. This was some of the best stuffed cabbage and salads I've had recently. I also ordered some sandwiches including ham on a roll and turkey on a roll. Both very fresh and delicious. For a great barbecue, there's a ton of hot dog and kielbasa options. The staff is helpful and friendly. I look forward to visiting again and again! ”

“ How have I lived this long unaware of this place! "Kid in a candystore" (Porkstore?) really applies here, because I walk in and want to buy everything! I have gotten the double cut bone in pork chops a few times now and they are literally the best I have ever had. Same goes for the store made Weisswursts which are also the best I have tasted and HUGE. I can't wait to go back and try the store made Pastrami, Liverwurst and Italian sausages. Prices are totally fair for the quality your money buys you. Staff is friendly and efficient. Can't wait to get back there and stock up on EVERYTHING! ”

“ A true old school butcher!! It is so nice that places like this still exist. My wife actually found this place and she loves their bratwursts! I do too hahaha! Although the parking lot is a tad bit difficult to get into, coming here is totally worth it!!! This is a Eastern European pork store, with a focus on German/Swiss. They have tons of sausages made fresh daily. They also have tons of salamis, and many many other items. They sell many imported items from the old country haha! So you will see things like Soap and other non food items like that sold here. During the Christmas season, they sell all types of chocolates and candies imported from Germany, as well as stollen and so many other Christmas goodies! I have always found the staff to be friendly, and very helpful. They also give you samples if you ask. If you are looking for a unique special type of German sausage, I would call ahead and ask if they sell it, some of the ones that I grew up eating, they sadly don't sell... But I would like to sing the praises of their Bratwursts! Not only are they HUGE, but they have a fantastic flavor! They also freeze pretty well. Personally, I am used to a reallllllly super fine laeberkase, and theirs is decently coarse. I am not the biggest fan of it, but others sing its praises! Don't base it on my personal preference! I do also really enjoy their landjaeger! I wish they made TV sticks, but beggars cant be choosers hahaha! The store is also very very clean!!! They really maximize the space that they have, every inch they are selling something hahaha! All in all an amazing old school butcher! They have all the basic stuff you need! Highly recommend! ”
